Sign up (free), finish onboarding, and choose a unique slug. Your public page is at fill.care/your-slug. Share that link with daycares and coordinators.
Google Calendar is optional. FillCare uses your saved weekly availability, approved shifts, and manual blocks first; connecting Google adds your external busy times as an extra overlay and can sync confirmed shifts.
They open your link, pick one or more days, set start and end times (within your min/max hours and notice rules), add their details, and submit. You get notified; on the free tier eligible requests are auto-approved unless you are on Pro with manual approvals enabled.
Pro adds manual approval of shift requests before they are confirmed, SMS alerts (where enabled), and priority support. Upgrade from the dashboard when you are logged in.
Check spam and promotions folders. If you use a strict mail filter, allow mail from your FillCare domain. Still nothing after a few minutes? Request another link from the sign-in screen or contact us with the email you used.
Your profile stores your timezone; shift times are stored in UTC behind the scenes. If something looks off after a daylight-saving change, confirm your timezone in Settings and ask the facility to double-check the times they chose on your booking page.
