• Google Calendar Data: If you connect your Google Calendar, we require access to view your availability (existing events) and to insert new shift bookings directly into your calendar. We only access the calendar necessary to facilitate bookings, and we do not store the contents of your unrelated private events.
• Booking Data: Information regarding shifts requested, approved, and declined on the platform.

We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data to:

• Provide and operate the FillCare platform and booking services.
• Manage your calendar availability and effectively schedule shifts.

4. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

FillCare's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
